Before we commence the cleaning contract, we agree with you a timetable. This allows us to keep the disruption that cleaning causes to a minimum. We can clean your windows outside of office hours, at weekends, really at any time to suit you. The Central Cleaning Company have been cleaning the windows of small businesses for the past 30 years.

The Central Cleaning Company use the Ladderless Window Cleaning System.

This system is 100% Environmentally Friendly, using 100% pure de-ionised water which effectively absorbs dirt. It will clean the windows, frames, cladding, signs and other items without the use of chemicals. The system will clean up to 10.5 metres (50 feet) from the ground level; this is approximately 5 storeys in height. We can also clean conservatory roofs and clean off the encrusted algae.

• With our Health and Safety responsibility, this system means we do not need to use ladders, thereby eliminating accidents. This system also provides total privacy, we will never be boasting about ‘what the window cleaner saw!’

All of our staff have rigorous training in this ‘reach and wash’ system, making sure they follow safe working methods and practices. This system is wonderfully suited to working in areas of sloping ground, soft landscaping, flower beds, ponds and sloping or delicate roofs which can cause problems for traditional laddered external window cleaning.
